The Project consists of approximately 760,000 GSF Corporate Conference Center and Lodging building with dining and other amenities, a freestanding Social Venue, recreation, and other ancillary facilities.
A total of 8 Class I, wet standpipes was installed through the property as well as a new 125 psi @ 1000 gpm Fire Pump installed by NFP. Approximately 8,780 Sprinkler were installed throughout the 8-story building. 200 Sprinkler installed at the remote Social Venue building and 60 Sprinkler installed at the remote CEP building.
